Rumors: Silver PSP on the Way?

German website gamefront reports that a silver colored PSP will soon be released according to some Japanese retailers. There is no release date, or even a price, but something has these retailers? ears perked. Sony has not confirmed these rumors, but they could be waiting to offer it with the European PSP release. Nintendo has had good results from releasing varying colors of the Nintendo DS which include silver, black, white, blue, red and pink.

We will watch this story closely and followup as soon as more info is available.
