Mad Catz the world's leading third-party video game accessory provider, today unveiled the GameShark Media Manager for PSP(TM), a windows-based PC software application, which is expected to ship to stores this summer. The GameShark Media Manager for PSP is an easy-to-use tool for managing, storing, accessing and organizing game, video, music and other files on the PSP handheld gaming system.

Mad Catz plans to distribute the GameShark Media Manager for PSP gaming system to its major retailers for a suggested retail price of $29.99. The software will ship with a USB cable for connecting PC to PSP
