Fancy a game of darts, love? These latest screenshots from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe give us a bit more insight into what we can expect from their upcoming street warfare epic Gangs of London. Aside from the general gang hijinks of its PS2 predecessor The Getaway (like setting your rivals ablaze and having your ear bitten off by a set of British teeth?), the PSP incarnation will also feature many "realistic" pub games such as darts, pool, and skittles. So take a look at the latest and let us know if you're interested in making the trip across the pond.
(Thanks for the heads up, Patrick!)

Not sure if I'd give it a "Boo-ya" but I'll surely play it at some point.

I personally like the Getaway games despite the bad ratings. Like them more than GTA.

Added to that, that London is the Cocaine Capital of the World and gangs are constantly vying for the control of it

Gangs of London is quite a representative title of the state of some parts of England at the moment. It's not just London either, you have to look at Birmingham as well, where Gun crime, Yardie Gangs and violent crime/rape are at an all time high.
Don't just assume everyone plays cricket, eats crumpets and drinks tea over here. Before you comment on it, maybe you'd like to walk the streets of suburbian london for a few hours, and see if you get mugged or not.

"AFTER HE BEAT an 80-year-old grandmother, took a mother with a stroller hostage, and robbed 11 London banks in broad daylight, Michael Wheatley was finally nabbed by British police late last month. Dubbed the Skull Cracker for his habit of pistol-whipping victims, Wheatley had transfixed the London tabloid press with a series of dramatic, violent crimes. Scared Londoners, however, had more to worry about than just the Skull Cracker: In April alone, one gang used a battering ram to steal $14,500 of merchandise from a jewelry store near the city's commercial center, another took to ramming cars into storefronts, and teenage thugs robbed pedestrians of their mobile phones all over the city. Last year, London saw more serious assaults, armed robberies, and car thefts than New York; 2002 could see London's murder rate exceed the Big Apple's."

Some of you guys should check out of these places in South Africa or Central/South America instead of London or any number of US cities. You may be surprised by the levels of violence, and New York's still a lot more dangerous than London.
The worst city for a long time was Medellin, Colombia though the murder rate has dropped like a stone the last 3 years.
San Pedro Sula, Honduras is the world homicide capital at the moment and it's a shame these unknown places don't get gang games made about them. I have no idea why.
