Idea Factory has announced that they will be releasing the PSP game "Edith Memories - GOC V" in May, price 5,040 JPY.

"Edith Memories - GOC V" is a ported PSP version of the "Generation of Chaos V (GOC V)", which was released on PlayStation 2. This ported version will come with new elements and characters, and be adjusted for better mobile gaming experience.

The stage of the game will be Island Edit, which was a world made up of the ground, underground and the aerial world. The story of the PS2 version was started in the ground world, while the PSP version will start in the initial world.

Characters such as Varizoa, Lululala and Toldes from the old "GOC IV", will also be renewed and present in the PSP version. The parents of Gena, the hero of GOC IV, will also appear in the game by a time travel. Even the player who has played the PS2 version should take a look at the new elements of the PSP version.

The game system will remain the same with the PS2 version, which is composed by the world map, field map and the battle. Selecting an area on the world map will bring you to the field battle. When moving on the field map, you can directly contact an enemy to fight it. There will be 7 magical elements in the battle: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Holy, Dark and Void. You will have to take advantage of the different elements and avoid the weakness.

Hmmm... well Generation Of Chaos holds my interest as a pretty good looking RPG with good tactical strategy elements in it, as does this new version entitled Edith Memories, but it will be a long time coming before this game see a North American release, since Japan seems to have the upper hand at having some really excellent looking games (aside from some really wacky and obscure looking ones... (can anyone say Me and My Katamari ?). Anyways, I was just thinking what a funny name to have for one of the characters in this game Lululala, the girl who looks like the clone of a young Morrigan from The DarkStalkers series of games.

Lululala seems a little unoriginal for a character name, I mean she kind of looks like a vampiress so why not call her something in terms of that ? Saying it seems kind of silly and funny. Lu Lu la la. Is anyone Goo goo ga ga over Lu Lu la la's name in this gamey game game for the PSP.

Yeah, Lululala is a silly name.
