WipEout Pulse promo UMD out now |
Just yesterday, we showed you a WipEout Pulse video that showcases one of the tracks (and *cough* bad driving *cough*) in the upcoming PlayStation Portable video game. Now we've got some news that will probably be music to your ears.
According to PSP-Vault, SCE Studios Liverpool-developed WipEout Pulse promo
UMDs have been released to some lucky fellows in the U.S., Europe, and
probably Japan. Reportedly, the promo copy of the PSP game has 7
playable tracks, 9 ships to choose from, and a number of game modes and
difficulty settings to try out. There are a couple of features like
music menu, controls menu, and online options (including game sharing)
that are currently not working.
However, it wasn't specified who the copies were sent to (*clears throat*) though back-ups of the said demo are probably floating on the webs. We'll keep you updated on more news from Sony's WipEout Pulse so stay tuned. In the meantime, check out the screenshots from PSP-Vault.

Yea, this was leaked a week or so ago. Awesome game so far. I'll definitely be buying it when released. Just as fun as the first one.

"Copies" are out at underground gamer's sister site and most torrent sites.

Damn, this is old!!! I've had a "Back-Up" of this game for over a week now!!!! Beat the whole game too!!!
they could have let some more laps and other features in there (if already done). I will buy the game anyway.
i have the 3.10 OE-A version and i cannot play the game.. it only takes reading the Memory ... what should i do?!
do i need another firm version?!?
if you goto the custom grid thing you can play a lot of different things not avaliable in career. Such as all the zone tracks +]

3.40 oe-a... im not sure about 3.30 oe but i've tested it with the former.
This looks like one fun game and I cant wait to get my hands on it. I played the first wipeout for the PSP and I found it quite fun and enjoyable. I hope this one can reach that level and maybe even better its predecessor.
