While other publishers are sacking people left and right, Koei is apparently in good spirits and is in gear to move forward. Edge reports that Koei is gonna double the manpower in their Singapore studio to strengthen the Koei titles. More Dynasty titles perhaps?

While there was no mention of a specific game in the works,  they did specify that they'll be getting 60 more employees in addition to the 50 that's already working in their Singapore studio. The country is said to be a development hotspot right now, with other publishers such as EA and Ubisoft establishing studios over there.

‭“‬We will not be satisfied until we further strengthen the development capabilities of the Singapore studio,‭ ‬both in quantity and in quality,‭” ‬said Koei co-founder Keiko Erikawa.“Our objective is to groom a pool of talented and passionate developers who want to do Singapore proud and work relentlessly towards creating best-selling titles targeted at the global audience,‭” ‬she added.

Here's a good example of Koei's job well done:

I don't think he's been playing too much.

If you ask me it's one of the best games on the PSP. It's honestly one of my favorites and I own quite a few PSP titles. Even though I have a CFW I buy all my PSP titles.

Though the PSP isn't really lacking on good titles. The system has more good games on it for this gen than any other system if you ask me. Too bad it doesn't get as much support as any other systems because while it does get a great game here and there, the system gets barely any support what so ever, not to mention with all the recent ports on the Nintendo DS and PSP, we now have more ports coming on the PSP which brings its appeal down even less.
