US PlayStation Store update 06/18 |
Ó

Mark this day, folks, because this is the day Metal Gear Solid officially sets its virtual foot onto the PSOne Classics service. At US$ 10, it's a steal if you just wanna play it. I've seen brand new boxed copies of this game being sold for almost US$ 200. No kidding.
Also included in this update are a bunch of new Rock Band and Guitar Hero World Tour tracks. I have a softer spot for the former's picks, though, since it includes Spinal Tap songs. Gotta watch that movie again. It never gets old.
By the way, those of you who were expecting Fat Princess this week, sorry. The game's not here, and it looks like it won't be released next week either. Word is that the global release will be this summer, although there's no confirmed date yet.
Crank that dial up to 11 and check out the full list of new Store items below.

well maybe MGS is good for some ppl, but its a boring week. And damn that NCAA is about 2GB, demos just keep gettin bigger and bigger
yeah, they need to start figuring out how to cut them down. there are full games smaller than that. I can see a gig for some games, but are they forgetting to take out things that aren't available in the demo?
plus doesnt psn charge the devs for uploading ?
for Battlefield 1943 =/
Sony needs to realize Not everyone in the world has 50 Mbit connections to download ***** with. Hell I think my 8Mbit is pushing things most people don't have ones as good as mine. This reminds me WHY doesnt the psp go have 802.11g or even n it still only has b like all the other psp oh it has bluetooth but that will be good for all of 30 feet... if that.
Totally getting the Evanescence rock band songs. I never thought that would happen! Right when i was starting to get my rock band cravings after not playing it for 4 months....
Are you doing dsl?
