Midway has already shipped over 1.2 million units to satisfy the demand for Europe's first ever next-gen Unreal Tournament console game.

The game will have a promotional launch in Paris, in cooperation with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as it will also be promoting God of War: Chains of Olympus for the PSP. The joint launch event promises to be a treat for European gamers as these new titles are sure to tickle the fancy any PlayStation owner's once they go live.

The separated format releases have worked well, effectively giving each SKU its own space. Epic has delivered a game of impeccable quality and superb playability, and sales figures clearly show the timing was also spot on. ItÂ’s impossible to overstate the strategic value we place on the Unreal franchise, which is why weÂ’re investing considerably in bespoke launches for each of the gamesÂ’ formats.

They should be bringing Unreal Tournament 3 to the PSP.

We need to petition to get UT3 for PSP with full online

multiplayer support.

Then again... I could be smoke'n crack.
