TurboGrafx 16 games announced for Japanese PSN Game Archives |

As if we didn't need any more reason to be envious of Japan's Game Archives service on the PSN. The US and European PSN services are just now starting to finally see an increase in actual classics coming to the PSOne Classics service, but it turns out Japan is already so far ahead that they're actually getting games that weren't even released on the original PlayStation.
Sony Japan has announced that they're starting to branch out from exclusively delivering PlayStation releases on the Game Archives service by rolling out four PC Engine/TurboGrafx 16 games. Starting today, Japanese gamers (and those who have access to the Japanese PSN) will be able to download the following:
- Bomberman '94
- New Adventure Island (Takahashi Meijin no Shin Boukenjima)
- Sengoku Mahjong
- Devil Crush

pretty sweet news. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the day when qj announces that the psn or nintendo shop channel has released Cosmic Fantasy 2 from the TG-16/PC-Engine CD. Now that was a great game.
Didn't the Wii start getting TG16 games like from day one?

The TG16 rocked in the shmups department. I really hope we see this stateside. So hope to see Devil's Crush make it, would prefer Crash but doubt that'll happen since Crush was the "censored" American version.
Hopefully someone reverse engineers this so we can have a fully compatible TG16 emulator for the PSP.
First we'll see Bonk of course.
I will pray that Dracula X comes to PSN! That would be AMAZING!
