Upgraded your PSPs to FW 6.20 yet? If so, then you've got the new Digital Comics Reader now on your XMB. The PSN comic service will be launching December, but in the meantime, Sony's giving away a free issue to ease the wait.

You can now download Star Trek: Year Four - The Enterprise Experiment from the PlayStation Store. Do note that you have to get it via the PSP storefront, not with the PS3 or PC. Enter this promotion code - 724K-A4BG-JLD7 - then you're good to go.

if this is like the max payne cut scenes comics or that metal gear digital graphic novel, i would certainly buy it.

but if this is just some stupid 2d non moving panels with no sound or music (in other words a bunch of jpeg images), its a piece of s**t.

i think the FW update is all about getting 1 step ahead of CFW again.

DA could already be working for them, looking for exploits before anyone could release a CFW.

Well the exploit requires a game to work, and since you need the latest FW to access the store people should know what game to buy before another update.

The exploit if it where release would be useless without the game

How dose this compare to PSPCOMIC v1.01?

I used PSPCOMIC last night and it works wonders, it reads in .CBR, its fast and really easy to use.

Does the Sony reader read jpeg or .cbr,

If it runs smoothly I hope they can rip it to homebrew (like they do everything else)
