The Transformers sequel, Revenge of the Fallen, now has an official game with the same name, courtesy of Activision. And of course you know it's gonna be multiplatform. Of couuurse it will. You name it. PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, DS, PSP, and even the PC.
You can play either Autobot or Decepticon in this one, and you'll have a lot of options too. Activision says the game has "the largest, most diverse range of playable Transformers," each "will pack specific abilities and weaponry." Here's a trailer:

One day a good transformers game will be released. I hope this one is that game.
how come everytime you guys use an IGN link the video is all laggy and screwed up?
I'd say the PS2 transformers game of a few years back was pretty good
It's fine.
the first transformers game sucked so bad i couldn't give it away . hope this one's alot better .
But I've always had problems with IGN. Before Comcast did the free speed upgrades IGN would not load for me, it took like 2 minutes to load each page, each time, even if I'd been to the page before. Made IGN unusable for me, and no one I ever talked to had the same issue. Site loads fine now (good thing too since GS went down the pooper, IGN is the only useful all encompassing games site anymore, and I tend to agree with their reviews) but this video is choppy for me
Not a big deal tho. Who cares about Transformers games anyway? When has one not sucked...
Well, This movie its gonna be awesome! I mean the first one was, like no movie like that before ever play in Theaters; This one will show who really are winning.
The game its going to be nice, Yeah it's truth that the PSP Transformers game was...
Normal, nothing out of common order, he he to say that it's not a piece of crap.
I bet this one will be better, in gameplay more than Graphis, remember graphics are limited because of the PSP Hardware, also for the Game Studio, developers and by you, gamer. For the PS3 its gonna Rock, with stunning graphics and awesome sound, lets hope gameplay be entertaining. For the wii, lets say like a great gameplay but limited graphics. PS2, still rolling out in the console scene and for PC, its gonna be sweet.
I'll say, PC's will take over the Video Consoles, or perhaps Video Consoles companies will be force to implement a new system, more Computer than Console that be useful to Play any game of their brand and also do what PC's do,
regardless the cost.
Thanks for reading,
Viva la Mech'a!

What kind of operating system you guys using. I notice that sometimes when I use the PS3 to stream videos, it will be choppy. I think it's the Flash version or something.
I like that a lot of the original cast from the original cartoon has their voices in the movie. It makes them sound epic. I only wish the original guy that did Megatron did the voice in the movie. His voice was so crazy awesome!
The PSP game wasn't very good but I did enjoy the PS2 version. Nice graphics too and felt pretty cool to control the excellent movie design TF's. Also the Transformers Armada game on the PS2 was one of the best action titles on the machine in my opinon. Lovely graphics too.
The only cartoon cast member who voiced his part in the movie was Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime, but then he's the most important one anyways.
Frank Welker who voiced the cartoon Megatron, voices movie Megatron in the video game but his cartoon voice just doesn't work with the more menacing and imposing movie Megs. I kept expecting him to scream 'Decepticons Retreat!' every few minutes.
The DS versions were the best of the first games. The console ones should have just been those versions, but bigger, better visuals etc. Ah well, Vicarous Visions are pro at making handheld games anyway.
