After waves and waves of videos, updates, and announcements, the Tokyo Game Show takes a bow and the curtains close for 2009. Having hauled in an impressive crowd in this year's event, event organizers at CESA are already looking ahead to TGS 2010, and they've revealed the tentative dates for next year's show.

As of now, CESA still isn't sure whether they're gonna go for a three-day or a four-day show for TGS 2010. Regardless, they've set the event to run between September 16th to the 19th in 2010 if it's gonna be four days, or September 17-19 if just for three.

This year's show spanned four days, drawing a crowd of 185,030 in that time. An impressive number, but no cigar compared to last year's 194,288 which remains the TGS record.
