It's cliché, but you should never judge a book by its cover. But what if the exterior is all you have right now and Nina is doing a sexy pose? I'm talking about the sales art for an upcoming Tekken movie spotted by Comingsoon.net, and it shows off the characters that will be fighting for the title of "King of Iron Fist."

Tekken the movie - Image 1

On the sales art appears to be a non-spikey haired Jin, the Williams sisters, a dude in the far left who I'd assume to be Heihachi, a guy with a Hwoarang stance (or Lee), and a crouching guy below him who kinda looks like Jin again. Or Law.

The movie will be under the direction of Dwight Little, while the major cast members will be made up of Luke Goss, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Tamlyn Tomita, Gary Daniels, Chiaki Kuriyama, Cung Le, Jon Foo, Kelly Overton, Ian Anthony Dale, Lateef Crowder, Darrin Dewitt Henson, John Pyper-Ferguson, Mircea Monroe, Gary Ray Stearns, Candice Hillebrand and David Pitt.

I've got a bad feeling coming on. D-film fail much? I sure hope not. While it's perfectly normal for Anna to pose all sexy-like, the same cannot be said about Nina. Nina does not do sexy. Neither does she have a rack of that size. Reminds me of the Dead or Alive movie, and that's not a good thing.

I could be wrong. I hope I'm wrong. That's just me, though. How about you guys?

This set the bar pretty high:

Says there's probably a 50/50 chance of this film being bad or average.

Seriously? Live action movies base on games fail a lot

Yeah, this film will be just as craptastic as DOA: Dead or Alive.

» This is related... I guess.

I saw a special edition of the old Street Fighter: The Movie (with Van Damme) these days. I almost bought it.

That film is cheesy, badly acted and fairly average fight scenes but for some reason i love watching it.

Exactly, me too. That's precisely why I almost bought it. :)
