Superman Returns: The Videogame gets November 20 release date |

Electronic Arts has officially announced the release date for their upcoming cross-format title for portable, next-generation and current-generation consoles, Superman Returns: The Videogame. The game will span across the PSP, DS, Xbox 360, PS2 and original Xbox leaving you spoilt for choice as to which console to buy it for. The game features a Hollywood-style storyline from Warner Bros entertainment which won't disappoint, coupled with a free roaming 80 square miles Metropolis for you to fly around and complete your superhero missions on.
The 80-square mile city isn't small in height either as it stretches from the street right up into the clouds allowing you to make the most out of your flying ability. The game features some 'revolutionary' new flight mechanics that has been aimed towards giving the player full command of all possible aerial maneuvers in an almost acrobatic fashion. As Superman, the player must protect Metropolis from the most well-known villains in the 60 years of young DC Comics universe and conquer more than 100 missions.

I hope im wrong but it looks that this one is going to be a port,well at least this one cant be worst than the Sucky movie.
The movies to the video games are ridicilous and I hate them doing that to the video games. I wish they would stop doing it and just do the video games on their own creative and not from movies to the video games. DAMN IT! *SIGHING*

I wouldnt count on that,Probably what we are looking here right now is the superman 64 of this era. What leaves me to the following,if the graphics are the best of this game the NDS owners will be lucky if they get something near to superman 64 on their craptastic system.

I don't believe I've ever played a decent superman game...ever. Superman 64 was quite possibly the worst game ever made, and this probably won't be too far from it...

Lol 13. I dont think Naruto is crap but i find it boring and mediocre compared to other series maded before. Naruto is at the same range as shaman king. Rurouni kenshin(A.K.A Samurai X) and Robotech are still the best anime series ever maded. But im my opinion i find anime(Other than the mentioned above) crappy,stupid and gay compared to the good American series as Staic Shock,JLA Unlimited,Xmen and Spiderman. Also Batman and Superman animated series were cool to bad their games 5uck b4ll5.I think another thing that make this even worst is that they are using the Superman from the movie that was interpreted by a bad actor that doesnt fit on the costume instead from the good ol' one from the Animated Series.
This game is looking pretty incredible, let's hope for a Ps3 and Wii port.

If you hit up YOUTUBE, you can see in gameplay of the 360 and psp versions of this game. The 360 version, is gonna rock, is not a SM 64 thing. the gfx, the free roam, the moves, the SPEED! Just check youtube and you will see. The psp video which is there somewhere, is very blurry. and you know it wont be just like its big bros, but superman on a handheld, even if it WAS the n64 version, im sold. SM64 was so horrible, i still play it! lol
