Super Robot Wars A Portable website updated, gets new videos

Super Robot Wars - Image 1The official website for Banpresto's Super Robot Wars Advance Portable has just been updated. Fans of the game will be pleased to find that a pair of new videos that have been put up on the site.

One of the videos is a commercial for the game while the other shows a lot of gameplay. The second video is a particularly interesting view since it showcases a lot of the characters, from Daimos and Voltes V all the way to the various Gundams and Mazinger robots.

Since this is a remake of the GBA version that was released in the States, is this one going to be released here as well?



That's what I want to know. A lot of good games for the DS and PSP are being made, but are never released anywhere else.

SRW Advance was never released in the US. SRT Original Generations 1 + 2, were, though.

SRW's OG series carries a fully original cast, whereas SRW Advance is a mishmash of several other mecha series.



Licensing that for North America would be a nightmare.
