SMBAThe popular Super Monkey Ball Adventure has now "swung down from the trees and gone totally bonkers - " and starting tomorrow, Friday, June 30, will be available for the PSP platform for the first time.

In SMBA, the five Monkey Kingdom of Jungle Island, Zootopia, Kongri-La, Moonhaven and Monkitropolis have started turning on one another. To complicate matters, Princess DeeDEE of Monkitroplis and Prince Abe-abe of Kongri-La have fallen in love. They seek asylum on Aiai's home of Jungle Island, begging him to help end the five-way feud and re-unite the Monkey Kingdoms. As Aiai, the player travels the five Monkey kingdoms helping the citizens, solving puzzles and taking on the infamous Naysayers.

SMBA is published by SEGA, Inc., and is also available for PS2 and the Nintendo GameCube.

not so good

much like on the DS, SMB fails to work properly on the PSP. Despite having an analogue control, it's just not precise enough for the likes of Aiai, who ends up falling out far too much. The story mode (now an adventure game?) seems fairly tedious, without anything particularly exciting ever seeming to happen, beyond being able to get back to the normal monkey ball puzzles we all know and love. Challenge mode offers this in a much purer, cleaner format. However, as stated earlier, the analogue stick simply isnt precise enough, making this a significantly harder game than previous versions on the gamecube, for all the wrong reasons. As for the party games, monkey target, arguably the best party game, also fails to impress. It looks good, and it tries very hard, but ends up being let down by the lack of decent controller. Simply put, if you've got the gamecube version, dont bother getting this one. It's not monkey ball on the go, its a headache until you can get back to your NGC.

Really

We dont want to know if you guys played the ISO and think it sucks. Thats more lame. If you all have to mention it, why not just give a good review of it or something, instead of just spit out a *****ty comment like it[s] sux/good.
