Dissidia - Image 1Suxors! Really sorry, Gino. I know you've been dying to get Dissidia, but just when you thought it was light at the end of the tunnel we spotted when Dissidia: Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days were coming out August 31, it turned out to be an oncoming train.

Straight from Square Enix, a company spokesperson squished the said date as if it were some unsightly bug crawling on your floor. "No, that is not correct. We don't have a launch date for [Kingdom Hearts] yet... hopefully that will come in the next couple of months." He was talking about the announcement of launch date and not the game itself, mind you.

So what of Dissidia? "[It] was announced for mid-year 2009, and also doesn't have a release date."

Nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

The only way to be positive is to hope that Dissidia comes earlier than the rumored release date. Damn what a burn.

It took almost nearly a year for Final Fantasy Crisis Core to hit the U.S. The same thing will happen to FF Dissidia. We get their share of the wealth right after they wear it out! People be warned! This game has HOURS of endless things to do....

Now, any word on "Parasite Eve 3rd birthday" release date?

It takes time for them get more bugs tweaked out of the Jap version for the US version :)

Actually, not many bugs are taken out. but the US do change things around. Remember when FF7 came out for the US? The Japanese people were pissed at us because the US added the 3 monsters, think it was Omega, Ruby and the other 1 that I can't remember, so they bought our version to play. They also got our version because the summons had a good action scene b4 doing their spell attacks. Same thing with part 8. And with Crisis Core there must have been some cultural dispute (that hardly NO ONE caught). If u play both versions, if you've seen the scenes when Zack was about to fight Genesis. Remember the staute of the goddess? Both, the US version and the Japanese version of that statue, are different. Now, if u want to talk about another company other than Square, SquareSoft, Square EA or Square Enix doing this. Lets look at Capcom, (I won't go far). Super Street Fighter Turbo (for the US) and the Japanese version with the added title "Grand Master Challenge". The Japanese version was and IS alot harder, dude the easiest level setting will STILL make u look like a beginner!

So, no buggs really, just that the level of difficulty and a few gives + takes are added or taken away.

:-P
