Square Enix to announce Dissidia's Euro release this month |

Yay for announcements about an announcement! Right-o, I'm sure some of you are waiting with bated breath to hear when an English version for Dissidia: Final Fantasy will get released. Well, a Square Enix rep has confirmed to VG247 that they will be making a formal announcement about the European release of the game some time later this month!
See, back in December, it was already revealed that the US will be getting the game some time mid-2009. If all goes well, the European release should happen right alongside it, so hearing the exact launch for Europe might also give a ballpark release window for when it'll also drop in the US.
Hold your horses (err, chocobos?), people! All eyes on late-Feb for the announcement!

First Phantasy Star Portable and now Final Fantasy Dissidia... Now that's what I'm talkin' about. Time to shine o psp of mine. This is great news indeed. Here's to waiting and hoping that it won't be postpond. *cheers*

It's not the first time this has happened. Hehehe! Publishers like doing that. Y'know. Just to poke the fans a bit to drop by and say a little "Hey! Guess what's coming up!" sort of thing.
As long as there are no delays everything will be good.

Europe used to get games last... and now they get it earlier than the US.
Happy to see they get the goodies >.> I have to wait for it because I live in the US.
gamers in ausie are often disappointed by the low level of goodies associated with the games they bought....
The news here is that Square Enix will be making an announcement this month about the game's release date for Europe. Don't confuse it with the gaming coming out on Feb.
Great I hope thats pronto, because I haven't Play the game yet and first time look in English would be sweet.
