Last year, Square Enix dropped a lot of jaws when it was announced that Final Fantasy XIII would also be coming to the Xbox 360. This year they're planning to make another big splash.
Gameplayer reports that the company will be showing off three unannounced games at the expo. No details yet, but Gameplayer hints that "fans of two of their biggest series will be extremely happy". At least two of these games will supposedly be multi-platform.
There's no Square Enix press conference at E3 this year, so we'll probably hear more about these games shortly before E3.
Okay, time for speculation. I say Front Mission: Evolved (MAKE IT HAPPEN!), that new action RPG (Vanguard Storm?) that was teased in OPM, and the new Hitman. I want to say Kingdom Hearts 3 but I don't think Final Fantasy Versus XIII is close enough to being finished for work to start on it. I bet people are gonna start up with the remake talk again, though.

when i read "fans of two of their biggest series will be extremely happy" FF7 came to mind straight away though to be honest i never managed to complete the game anyways lol i just didnt have time to complete it, but if it came out as a remake then i would probably give it a try again!
My guess? A New Dragon Quest.
That's what I thought so too, until I remember Eidos.

Idk about u guys but why do we sit around in speculation wondering if they are gonna cook something up good. There gonna make the stupidest game possible will get another infinite saga before a final fantasy 7 or awesome remake why? Cause this company doesn't cater to fans.

to see them go back and redo some old school rpg games. Like the original FF's. Turn-based dungeon crawling. I like the newer FF's, too, just would like to see how large of a world they could create if they went back to the old top-down view. FF1 re-envisioned.
I doubt FF7 but the other 2 are good guesses. Lol on The Bouncer 2(it wasn't that bad). I really want Dragon Quest. My very last guess is Tomb Raider Japanese style with tentacles.
Couldn't they include PS3 versions of RPGs that was released only for 360 so far?
Final Fantasy Tactics, Parasite Eve, Kingdom Hearts, Front Mission, Saga series, Brave Fencer Musashi, (maybe) Xenogears...
We'll see.
I'd prefer a FF VIII remake over a VII remake either way. VIII could have been the greatest, but was ruined by horrible interface and not enough plot exposition.

Front Mission. damn. that is a good game. and probably Valkyrie Profile. that was good too. the 2nd one do not really justify considering its relatively slow. but i hope to get my hands on a new one.

They haven't even finish XII, let alone Birth by Sleep. Why would there be anything on KH3?
FFXIII**
Well, one's already a given. Which's that mysterious Front Mission game. With that John F. Kennedy quote on all three official sites (U.S, Europe and Japan).
For FFXIII. Production for the Japanese version is just about done. All that they need now is for them [Square] to find a theme song singer and patch up any loose ends.
At the least, production of the U.S FFXIII won't be done til' like February or March.
I find it funny that a ton of people would buy FF7 if it was remade, and that many people would make their friends play it if it was good as the original. Maybe SE has listened but just isn't telling anyone... seems like a normal situation. ^^
