When Activision released Spider-Man 3 (PSP, Xbox 360, DS, Wii, PC, PS3) for a multi-platform launch, they also announced that another game would follow suit, titled Spider-Man: Friend or Foe. This latest game in the Spider-Man trilogy franchise is reportedly going to be based on movies 2 and 3 and will carry over a new co-op mode between Spidey's allies and enemies alike. Features include:
  • Players can choose a sidekick from Spider-ManÂ’s allies (ex. Blade, Iron Fist)
  • Fight against movie Super Villains and then alongside them (ex. Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Venom, Sandman)
  • Two-player co-op: Playing in two-player co-op mode allows gamers to discover new ways to overcome obstacles and enemies.  As players progress through the game, battle arenas are unlocked where one-on-one brawling with any Super Hero or Villain can take place at any time.
  • Unlockables: Special game unlockables include the black-suited Spiderman, who carries different powers and abilities. Other unlockable content includes secret areas, special tokens, hidden items, power-ups, and mini-games.
Spiderman: Friend or Foe is under development for the Xbox 360, Wii, and PlayStation 2 by Next Level Games. The PSP and DS versions are being handled by Artificial Mind & Movement, while the PC version is under works by Beenox. Expect to see the game in retail by this Fall. We've also provided for some in-game screenshots, you give you an idea of how the title's looking. Enjoy.

I saw a trailer of it and it looks so gay. You might find it good if you are 5 years old.

I played SM3 for the NDS, and trust me, drawing on the touch screen for every punch and kick is even lamer!

» uh huh.

Though, the co-op mode is a bit interesting... It would be better if more games included a co-op mode, 'cause i don't want to play just head-to-head. Co-op missons on MGS Portable ops would be awesome.
