this is quite a feeble attempt by sony to drum up enthusiasm for ps3 before e3. mind you, i think there's quite a lot of that already out there. and by the time ps3 is released it'll be at fever pitch.



first it thought this may have been a lame bid at stealiing some of the hype nintendo recently gained by calling revolution wee, but if it was out a few weeks ago then i guess i was wrong.

you can trust sony as far as you can throw them. whatever they announce wont be in concrete. its going to be 100% marketing, they have half a year for their console is released, all E3 is for them is a chance to overhype their product so that people will hopefully wait for it to come out.



as i said you cant trust them, watch, they will give it a $399 price tag at E3, i dont doubt they will. but i also sincerely doubt that they will KEEP that price tag. about September they will say "OH S**T its going to cost you $599 sorry for the mixup, it was a slipup in communications we swear!"



now who do i trust? the developers for those games. who said last year that the Killzone 2 trailer was Ingame? Sony, who said "Those crazy bastards, that was a GOAL for our game, not actual footage!" thats right the team developing the game.



i can tell you what sony is going to do RIGHT NOW for E3,

they are:

1: going to announce a bunch of stuff that gamers want to hear.

2: they are going to basicly be a whore to the gaming community and tell them what they want to hear

3: they arent going to mean a word of it



its like the PS2, they overpromised and Underdelievered . im not saying its a bad console, it is an amazing piece of hardware that won the gaming community over. but sony said that the PS2 would do ALOT more than it did. they hyped the CRAP out of the PS2 and less than half of those promises came through.

microsoft never said in the begining they were planning on losing from day 1 its been their goal in coming out on top. they launched when they said they would and dident delay the launch, it was not a rushed launch, it was just the first launch.
