Sega teasing new RPG |

Sega is back to teasing new games again. Recently, they've opened up another teaser site which, judging by the URL, seems to be for a new RPG title.
The site itself only contains what looks like a spinning compass, a character silhouette and a date: August 20, 2009. IGN notes that Famitsu switches to a Thursday release starting on that very day, so we'll probably see an announcement (or worse -- another teaser) there.
Could this be for the rumored sequel to Phantasy Star Portable? Any thoughts, guys?

Shenmue please Sega.
Lost it's mojo a long time ago so i don't have high expectations for their games, but i really hope they do get back to form soon.
I don't hink qj picked up the story but a few days ago sega posted on their blog about a new rpg they where making and taking suggestions for names. It sounded like it was gonna combine multiple sega characters like that sega tennis game and kart racer.
10 years ago you could guarantee making this allstars rpg would be a mighty game, but now it could be just any contrived Final Fantasy type rpg, and is Sega actually making it or just contracting it out to another developer like they have been?

I wish we could get Shenmue 3, though it seems unlikely. Skies of Arcadia 2 would also be a recipe for win.
I very much doubt Sega's looking to spend at least another $70m on another Shenmue.
My bet is that it's Skies of Arcadia 2. The character designs don't really point to it that much (at least, based on the silhouette), but that compass can't fool me. Of course, I could be wrong...
That silhouette kinda looks like the character from Sonic Nights.
