Building up the anticipation for Sega Rally Revo's release in the US (Europe got first dibs), new info, a teaser vid, and a bunch of fast paced screenshots have been released for the racer. The new releases are all about the first track players will race through in the game: the Safari Environment.

The Safari Environment is setup on the plains of Africa, dotted with animals through a challenging landscape. Players will have to plow through lands ranging from the muddy to the dry. If players find the course too difficult at the least they'll have a pretty good time admiring the view while the other cars zoom past.

Sega Rally Revo will be released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and PSP on October 9 for the US.

» disliked the demo

the demo was horrible, with bad graphics (compared to what we can see on other games), bad controls (looking like a bad ridge racer, it's totally not realistic, I prefer (WAY prefer) collin mc. rally dirt and gran turismo HD (for now, GT5 will be way better)), and that's all. I played 1 time the demo and it was boring to death, sorry if you liked it, it's just my opinion, not something you should really consider.

"For it's release next month"

You guys do release it's October, and the games been out for a few weeks. I know this place has been going down the tubes and you rarely get anything right any more but this one takes the piss.

I agree with the original poster, I wasn't impressed at all. I was actually thinking of buying the game, and I'm glad the demo came out to convince me not to.

If you want this type of game, get dirt, or motorstorm... not the exact same, but probably for the best.

» Brilliant Game

I love this game. Used to play the old Saturn one and this is just more of the same, but with great graphics.

Just make sure you don't use the outside car view. It's absolutely impossible.

I was going to get Dirt but the demo of this came out so I had to get it instead. I might still get Dirt, they're both completely different types of games.

Oh and UncertainGod, it's not out it America yet. Alright it's due to come out soon but it's only us in Europe that can get it at the moment.
