Sega offended by Sonic toilet humor |

Are you guys familiar with the YTMND site? The acronym stands for "Your'e The Man Now Dog" and is basically a place for members to share toilet jokes and sometimes political humor. Furthermore, the members convey these messages through combining images, text, and (at times) sound effects.YTMND recently hosted an image of Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends with an accompanying text message describing a sexual act. Sega of Europe, not in the mood for toilet jokes, recently issued a threat to the proprietors of the above mentioned site.
According to Sega of Europe, they want YTMND to cease and desist from displaying of these images. If not, they will have no option but to drag YTMND to court. Well, as it is, Sega has enough problems already concerning the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise (PSP, PS3, Wii, X360).
Instead of paying attention to these guys, maybe it would be wise for them to just spend their time and energy thinking of ways on how to bring back the lost glory days of our dear blue Sonic?

And I'M offended by how bad the new sonic games are
I was really looking forward to sonic rivals on the psp, thinking it was going to be like what the New Super Mario Bros did on the DS. That was a shoot yourself in the d*ck expectation. I downloaded the sonic demo on xbox live, and can now honestly say, that I will NEVER PLAY ANOTHER SONIC GAME... ever. Im sick of the let downs, the sh*t controls, the same lame run and jump formula (and also, wtf happened with Dr. Robotnik being called eggman full time now...?)
Sonic is dead, let sleeping dogs lie, you dont see Atari trying to bring back E.T. or Custer's Revenge. Some games need to stay 2D. MOVE ON SEGA.

I think any decrease in popularity in regards to sonic has been perpetuated by Sega. Maybe on the next sonic game they could actually "try".

+ fox never sued for simpsons or futurama porn. im sure therez plenty of sonic spoofs on newgrounds...go sue em' if u will stoop so low.
Funny note. Scott Sharkey, of 1up fame, had an article on his personal site about...I think it was which Pokemon would be easier to sleep with. There was a suggestive picture of a Tangela "wrapping" up a Jigglypuff in a somewhat suggestive manner. Ironically, this was from Nintendo's official Pokemon site. They sent him a Cease and Desist. He pretty much replied with "Piss off, I got it from your site, jackass." Also, look up "Suicide Girls VS Nintendo" on Google. Man, what a debacle that was.
