Rocky and BullwinkleSome of the older guys among us remember waking up to the tune of Saturday morning cartoons. Those were pretty happy days, munching on our cereal as we watched Rocky and Bullwinkle go from one misadventure to another. Now, for the guys who missed these old classics, we might be seeing them again.

Classic Media's just announced that via an agreement with Flashman studios, they're making long-term plans to bring classic cartoons like "Rocky & Bullwinkle and Friends", "Dick Tracy", "Underdog" and "George of the Jungle" into the world of gaming.  "We look to tap into FlashmanÂ’s wealth of knowledge to strategically determine which developers and publishers can best capture the uniquely fun game play inherent in each of these great icons.'' said Leslie Levine, ClassicÂ’s worldwide licensing VP.

Flashman Studios is currently looking for game publishers willing to shell out support for this recent announcement, with no announcements for specific target consoles. We're hoping they do succeed here, honestly. The thought of a PS3/Wii/Xbox360-based Dick Tracy FPS sounds cool...or maybe a Roger Ramjet flight-sim...

Cool and i mean it.

I got Boomerang and i watched these things, they were good a little break between all the crap on Animax and Comedy Central. Rocky and Bullwinkle you cant simply screw it,a Plattaformer in 2d.5 or "a la" Ratchet and clank would be awesome. ***** Tracy is not my favorite but not Mr.ESC looks like him?. Underdog is going to be screw "a la" superman. George of the Jungle i love the series but at least they made the game like Tarzan 64 is gonna suck.
