Cant wait until we see some custom songs on this :)

Big heads up for everyone interested I suppose... I just shelled out 150$ on my Limited Edition Muse-On controller for DJMAX Trilogy.

Too bad this was leaked. Its got a decent track list too. After seeing all the (expensive) licensed songs makes me feel bad.

» DLC?

ok

1.) DLC is Downloaded PSN Games? (noob question)

2.) If It Is...HOW DOES SONY EXPECT PPL TO DOWNLOAD 1.5GB GAMES!?!?! Unless you have fast internet (i have dialup) and a HUGE MS (4GB But is full of Homebrew) ?!?!?

i guess i will never be able to get another PSP game again... oh well... at least i have Homebrew

» ok...

DLC stands 4 downloadable content. 2nd they never said they were going 2 distribute it via PSN

» yes

SONY's download content are compressed, like csos.

i've compared a few or sony's downloadable games to pirated isos, of the same game ofcourse, (which i compressed to csos) and they come out to the same amount of memory/space as csos do.

1)DLC is downloaded through Rock Band's in-game download store, not PSN.

2)If this game was released through PSN, it would still be the same size as the UMD release, with maybe a little compression. There are a few games for PSP on PSN that go over 1gig. A requirement for PSN is that you have broadband, otherwise you're unable to connect. There are plenty of people out there with 4gb sticks, broadband connections, and unmodded PSPs out there that would buy this through PSN.

» meh.

Actually, I don't like the gameplay of this. I was planning to buy it, but after playing the leaked version, I'm not doing it anymore. The fact that you have to play all the instruments completely ruins the game. I never have the feeling I'm actually playing along with the music.

» Paramore

Thank God this game is gonna have at least one track by paramore

You're just scared of th game lol ^_^, you're in the corner of you room berating your PSP with it stick before it tries to eat your ears off or something XD.

Personally I thought the playing all instuments added a nice challenge, but I'm dissapointed that I can't choose to play jus one instrument in quickplay or something. That would have been cool.

by jantunes - 2009-05-16 05:43
» Yeah.

I think that's more the feeling I have regarding this. Although this mode is a somewhat nice addition, I would love to be able to play each instrument on its own.

I'm truly sorry but I found it very difficult not to vote you down for that comment. Listen to some Battle of Mice or Made of Babies. At least there's a bit more of a complex musical composition to be had with them. If you don't find their releases to be infinitely greater then Paramore's efforts, then I must requisition an inquisition into sort of aural entertainment you happen to indulge in. If found guilty the sentence will be death....By guillotine!!

not the track list i'd feel like playing. sure, maybe a few songs (Lamb Of God, S.O.A.D., Tenacious D). it'd be awesome to have Metal Band Unplugged (including bands like Children Of Bodom, Dimmu Borgir, Powerglove, and Arch Enemy in the list). i'd buy it right away if it existed. ;D

» you can play one instrument

you can play one instrument. I think its called warmup mode. I played it yesterday so i cant really remember where its at.

by DCJoeDog - 2009-05-16 12:03
» Warmup mode

It's in the Extras menu, and if you don't want solos to switch you out of your instrument then go into the modify game menu and choose to turn off solos

by 1337-Scruffy - 2009-05-16 15:39
» lol

yeah i totally agree, but if devs put that kind of stuff out for sale, no1 would buy it, its not a main stream kind of thing....i lisen to heavier, more into the grindcore, but we should have some good tracks soon, im gunna buy the umd and rip it, and see if theres any way to make custom tracks +]
