Rally the troops: MGS Portable Ops Soldier Recruit Map now available

If you're a hungry completionist who happens to live in Japan, or if you just want a good excuse to tour the country, then Konami may have just what you're looking for.

What we're talking about would be the new Soldier Recruit Map, which Konami has put up on their site. It shows exactly where you can pick up Snake's support troops in MGS: Portable Ops. Using the PSP's GPS attachment, one should be able to track these soldiers down and add them to your forces.

However, we're wondering if someone WILL travel the length and breadth of Japan just to collect each and every single one of those pixel soldiers?

Your location in Japan gives you access to certain recruitable characters using the PSP GPS attachment.



If you want to get ALL the recruits (Like Pokemon)... then you may have to travel throughout Japan looking for specific hotspots to recruit them all.

It only works in multiplayer I think. You press select+R.
