PSP-PS3 connectivity confirmed for LittleBigPlanet |
Ó

Here's some good news for gamers who own both a PS3 and a PSP. Sony has confirmed that there will indeed be a degree of connectivity between the PS3 and PSP versions of Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet.
Those who already own the console version can unlock bonus content through hat Sony is calling the "Cross-Talk" feature. No details yet, but it would probably involve some extra costumes and the like.
Sony is also apparently planning a multi-million dollar marketing push for the PSP version of LittleBigPlanet which should drum up sales for the upcoming PSP Go. Maybe it'll even help move more units of LittleBigPlanet's Game of the Year edition as well.

Do they still not have 4 player online create mode?
This was *****ing promised as a post-launch release last year, and is the main reason why I bought it. All they seem to care about is milking this game as hard as they can.
you say:
"apparently planning a multi-mullion dollar"
So you know. I hope the rumor of importing your own tracks is true.
im so getting the GOTY edition of LBP.. i dont have a credit card & im from EU so i dont have access to PSN DLCs so im gonna swap my current version of LBP to the GOTY edition when it is released.. hehe..
this is gonna be so cool!!!!=)
this game was released ages ago bit late for some tiresome connectivity tricks
psp hurts my thumbs
They're trying to revive it a little. This should please you. :-P
WTF? 4 player create mode?
I think you read it wrong.
4 player online AND create mode.
So, you can play online with 4 friends AND you can create your own levels. NOT creating levels with 4 people at the same time. Thats just stupid.
is LBP a good game because to me the basic idea and the characters look retarded...
It's a game that is too good for you.
Online Create mode is in beta testing last I heard a lil while ago on the Media Molecule blog. A bunch of players got picked to test it.
It is a lot like Mario in that its a side scroller, but its unique in its own ways. Where it really shines is the user created content. Sure there's a TON of crappy levels out there but there are also some really great levels created by dedicated designers. I don't like the basic character design, but since they're heavily customizable, its alright.
