Listed in: News, Titles, Games, PSP Go Tags: PlayStation Network, PlayStation Store
Ó
To get your copy of Gran Turismo, you have to first see if your country is participating in the promo. After that, you can follow the steps below:
- Sign in to PlayStation Network via your PSPgo directly via Wireless Internet -- PSN account needed
- Head to PS Store using your PSPgo directly via Wireless Internet (yeah, they keep stressing that fact out)
- Download the free Gran Turismo theme, found in the Latest category on PS Store -- IMPORTANT: This must be done BEFORE MIDNIGHT on October 10, 2009, or else you will no longer be eligible for the promotion.
- If eligible, a PSN Promotion code will arrive by email, within 30 days of registration
- Enter the PSN Promotion Code by doing the following:
- Sign in to your PSN account via your PSPgo system
- Once signed in, enter the PlayStation STore
- Select [Redeem Codes], which can be found at the top of the screen
- Enter your 12 character promotion code and select [CONTINUE] -- NOTE: Promotion codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed
- Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem the Promotion Code
Last couple more things: The promo DOES include the full version of Gran Turismo, the exact same one in fact, as the on that will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Store. Also, if you do get the promo code, make sure to use it at once so you don't forget and leave it to waste. It expires on October 1, 2010.
That's it. Good luck to all of you, and thanks again for the tip, kizacolo!

He is right, also, QJ, this is REALLY old news!

For starters, luckily Gran Turismo uses the newer firmwares, so idiots like you guys won't be able to play it on CFW.
Secondly, this is really really old news.
Last, you're all idiots.

But seeing as this is old news to you guys, i'm sure none of you have lives...
Seriously, all you n00bs always thrashing QJ but yet you still come here to find out whats new for the PSP. If you don't like QJ or think it gets its news late, then go somewhere else!
You guys are always quick to bash QJ if they are late or made a typo of some sort, but when they have news thats not out yet or they do a great job presenting the news, none of you are saying "Thanks QJ" or "Nice job!" or any compliments at all.
Try and look at it from another's perspective, you guys just sit at home all day and do nothing besides playing video games and going on the internet. While people like QJ have to work a job, and then also cater to the needs of QJ.net.
Also, its not like they just look for PSP News, they cover everything from PS3, XBOX360, Wii, iPhones and all that stuff, so they have alot on their plates.
Last, just like LeXiO said, you are all idiots cause Gran Turismo will require 6.00 FW, unless the rest of you guys didn't get that news which QJ has posted.

Please, don't ask here, the Blog, IRC, etc for a 6.00 M33, as it isn't planned.
To...
For those who may have read news at PSPGweber at other sites: It's just one nonsense article. Please, don't ask here, the Blog, IRC, etc for a 6.00 M33, as it still isn't planned.
