Italian site Divineo has dropped a bomb of a news for us. They are selling a PSP Gaming Kit with firmware version 1.5. It couldn't have been any more timely, what with downgraders/downdaters popping everywhere that has produced a few PSP casualties from less-careful/less-fortunate owners; wouldn't you want to just have your very own untainted one?
As far as babelfish's translation goes, here's what you're getting inside the kit:
- The PSP Regular Pack ITA Version 1,50
- Caps Stereo with retraibile cable
- One memory stick FOR PAIR Sandisk "Gaming" from 2Gb!
- a semi-rigid Sheath in order to transport the Consul (Console I guess?).
- One transparent protecting film for the screen of the PSP.

This would be nice...but, i rather stick to updates on when people actually will find a downgrader from 2.7.
WAY TO EXPENSIVE
It's bundled with a 2 gig memstick, so if you take the price of the PSP (250$) and the memstick itself(130$), it adds up to the same. They are far better online deals than this tho.

To expensive and has been downgraded so you wont be able to do stuff on it that you would do useually with a proper one or a 2.0 downgraded like mine!

The white one is *****ing ugly. The black one has much more style. And it's not expensive because a psp is 250€ value pack and a 2 gb stick is 100€
what cant a downgraded 1.5 do that a normal 1.5 can?
i took spanish class and i can sorta read the stuff on that site... but the prices are too high anyway so there is almost no point in buyin anything from the site.
btw anybody know of a site that sells rear casing parts of a japanese psp(the white one, and i mean all of the parts on the back of the psp)

This is straight up for ISO use. They might as well sell a DVD full of hacked ISO's with the set.
Get this AD off the blog. There is nothing I see that even says you get a "virgin" PSP. These people are probably just using exploits our hard working devs have come up with to downgrade new PSPs and make money!

That's just what I was thinking. They probably just took their current stock of PSPs and downgraded them. Just kinda funny how they just happen to have a bunch of 1.5 PSPs in stock after the downgrader comes out. Still that isn't a bad deal but I've seen 4gb memory chips at SuccessHK for $147 I'm thinking about getting one of them soon.
To think I got an exact same 2gb mem stick for $40 Australian in Hong Kong, and it ISNT fake!!!
It's difficult to find a 1.50, Downgraded OR not.
The most interesting thing is their "LCD Verification Program", to have a dead/burnt pixel free LCD.
One last thing:
The warranty is valid in all european countries.
NOT only in italy, they wrote:
"it's possible to use the warranty even in all Europe countries"
I've read the desription of the offer.
The ceramic white psp is more expensive because is the value pack edition.
The black psp is in the standard edition.

Ya sure. its good that anyone can now pick up a 1.5 but the only thing that I find wrong is that everyone now is going to be capitalizing off of Dark Alex,Math. and I think it was yoshiro or psppet, work. Those are the guys that should get something for their hard work. hope you guys got some donations.

nahh kinda pointless now with the downgrader. You can just run to walmart and keep switching out the psp's till you find one that can be downgraded. So that 200$, and i got a 2gb memorystick of ebay for 50$ + GTA:LCS $50.
so for 300 bucks you have a brand new 1.5 psp with a great game and huge memory.

here in my country(brazil) all PSPs for sale are still 1.5(i guess they don't sell to much) but they are way to expensive(about $500) luckly i imported mine from japan

As long as there are 1.5 psp's around it means a bigger potential of devs being able to have access to one whether it is new, second-hand or downgraded.
As for Dark Alex, Booster and the other Devs not getting anything for their hard work, they will get something.
I am sure many people will donate, myself included and they will never be forgotten either.
With that 1.5 package, at least someone wouldn't have to worry about what Motherboard their Psp had in it and you know it will be compatible with the Modchip.
I got a 2gb offical stick for £15 (dno what that works out at in $ but its cheep) from my friend, who i think should be sent to a mental home!!!

I have 4gb and don't have any isos. It's called movies, mp3s, pictures etc.

hey man thats not incredible 1.5's are now common again so you cant say its incedible
yea, with the downgrader for 2.6's, i now already have a 1.5 . I think that if you upgraded past 2.6, you probably wouldn't care about homebrew or something, but for some people i guess this is still benificial.

Those prices are horrible lmao. You're better off buying a psp off ebay and buying all the stuff seperately.
...but even that's a ripoff! I'd really rather buy the psp with the modchip instead. Or ebay (in which i still don't trust because of all those ebay scammers) or even riskin a 2.6 risk at Lik-Sang (plz tell me that they didn't reach the 2.7 batches yet). And plus, how the hell do we know that this is a trusted site? Ive never even heard of this site, lol!

Did bought my PSP 1.5 one week before the 2.0 downgrade came out, and my MS some days before the price drop came. So I did pay about ~$500 for the PSP and MS Sandisk 2gb.
So I think this one is a great deal. Hehe
those head phones stink so bad i threw them in the trashcan.
THose are the most horrible headphones ever. Its like its designed so your psp can be a heavy mp3 player.

How do you know that they didn't downgrade a bunch of higher firm psp's to obtain these "1.5's"? As for the prices, no thanks. I would rather just go buy that POS they call a game and downgrade, then save over a hundred.

Italiy is part of the EU so the Warranty will be valid in any EU member state.

There not originals 1.5's yous your common sense... last week a 1.5 downgrader comes out then they start selling 1.5 psp's But who cares a 1.5 psp is a 1.5psp they aint any diffrence if you downgraded or not... if anyone's so botherd downgrade to 1.0 then upgrade to 1.5 so you have a perfect flash....

i think italian and spanish have some of the same words so u might be able to understand what they are saying.
Alot of words in Spanish and Italian are very similar or the same. I also took a few years of Spanish in high school and can figure out some of the Italian because of that.
