i don't like it either, but some people do.
Well, I don't know what there is not to like. They used the original FFT artwork and rendered it to cell shaded 3D. Not bad. It still looks 2D if you stop rotating it. The characters are also in the same pose as they are in their original artwork. In comparison to the original artwork, the shading seems to be a lot lighter and the background a lot darker. It's still the same nonetheless. If the camera doesn't rotate too much, too fast, then you probably won't even be able to tell it was cell shaded without looking carefully.
what do you mean "does anybody like this game?"? the game isn't even out yet. i don't understand why you don't like it unless you're one of those Final Fantasy haters.
