Phil Harrison to keynote GDC 2007 |
Ó
In light of the multiple speakers per update we say for the GDC, you might be surprised to see this news snippet carries just one guy. We're sure you know him, though - Phil Harrison.Yup, it has just been announced that Sony Computer Entertainment (SOE) World Wide Studios president Phil Harrison will be making his presence known at the upcoming Game Developer's Conference this March 5-9, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco.
Phil Harrison's keynote, titled "Game 3.0: Developing and Creating for the Third Age of Video Games", is expected to discuss the potential game developers will experience in light of the sheer connectivity current gaming consoles carry. Phil's keynote will be happening from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Esplanade Room of the Moscone Center's South Hall on Wednesday, March 7.
We've said this before, we'll say it again - GDC 2007 is turning out to be a star-studded event, with Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto also making a keynote to the event. Sadly, we don't have any news if Kutaragi-san will be making an appearance - that would have been interesting.

Sorry I had connection problems...
Is his speach about how to look someone in the eye and lie?
No.
No, surley it's about how to keep idiots like you away from their machines.
Is only qualified to speak on one subject. "How to get rich talking utter nonsense."
WWWWAAAAAAA!!! IM AN XBOX FANKID!!!
I hate so sound like an MS or Nintendo fanboy, but out of all the exec people from the three companies anyone from Sony is the worst, especially Phil Harrison. Reggie is awesome however
He's a complete liar though.
none of these guys understanding gaming reggie filsame nintendo, phil harrison sony, or peter moore microsoft, but at least microsoft don't spit bull s*** they are at least trying to understand gamers while the others just say whatever they are told to say buy the marketing guys in their respective companies. That is why I respect microsoft, they don't talk bull s***.
Look at him. He's like a monkey, talking about Wii
Oh dude, you are so wrong. I own both a PS1 AND a PS2, and am a complete Gran Turismo and Metal Gear whore... And I am done with Sony's arrogance and lies.
