PAX 2009: Subatomic Studios says porting Fieldrunners to PSP is easy, first gameplay trailer released

More from PAX 2009, Subatomic Studios has finally released the first gameplay trailer of the PSP adaptation of Fieldrunners. The tower defense game originally released for the iPhone and iPod Touch is now included in the PSP Minis lineup that will be available exclusively in the PlayStation Store.

According to Subatomic Studios, porting Fieldrunners to the PSP was easier than expected. The PSP version of the game will feature two new maps, Frostbite which is winter themed and Skyway which is an air field map. This two new maps will also be coming to the Apple App Store via DLC for 99 cents sometime this holiday.

Looks nice but I'll pass. Not my kind of game at all. I know it's popular on iPhone though so I guess it's nice to have it on PSP as well.
