EBGames is always kind to gamers, letting us know things about upcoming games that we probable arenÂ’t supposed to. In this case, it happens to be the release for the sequel of the popular racing game (yes another), Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast, being developed by Sega with a scheduled shipping date of March 1st 2006. Of course the date could be changed, and details of the PSP version are unknown at this time (other than EBGames.)

Outrun 2 was an awesome game but it never felt meaty enough to warrent purchise. If they can fix that with this installment I'd certanly pick it up. If it's going to be the single 1 to 5 path peramid track layout again then hopefully they will include enough extras to make it worthwhile. Including the older games in the series (outrun, outrunners..) would greatly help the replay value.
