The Daxter news just won't stop coming, the new trailer, the interview with Ready At Dawn's Didier Malenfant, the Gamestop demo, and now finally the official site for the game is up and running. Head on over and take a look, they've got some new screenshots, trailers, bios, and background information on the primary characters, enemies and even the gear Daxter gets to use in the game. If this doesn't get you hyped for some ottsel action nothing will!

Daxter hits stores on March 14th. Click here to visit the official site.

secret vault

Getting into the secret vault is easy, click on the bug splatter on the right, move over to the secret vault button and click on it. If it doesn't work, try again. The vault opens on 21st March 2006, and is the area where you can input codes from Daxter to download rare and special content, probably for your computer, but if they are nice, there might be some skins for psp. As for me, I can't wait for this game, or any special content. I played the original Jak and Daxter, Jak II and Jak III to bits. It would be very interesting to know what Daxter got up to between the three seconds of "I'll get you out of there Jak!" and "Two years later".

firmware

Does anyone have any information regarding the PSP Firmware requirements to play Daxter? I really want to play it, but I don't want to have to upgrade past 2.0

RE: firmware requirement

On the Demo disk from game stop the firmware requirement is 2.50.

FW requirement

Considering the slew of good games headed to PSP, I think the time's coming for me to say bye bye to 1.5

umd emulator and mphgameloader questions...

Can I play the retail game from the UMD with these 'fixes' or does it require an iso? I bought daxter but haven't opened yet because i want to make sure i don't have to upgrade and lose my homebrew. Thanks for any help!

mph game loader problems

i have the iso and have converted it and am running it with daxziso and mph game loader. My problem is, the game is emulated and it is there, but when i run the mph game loader, it just sits there saying that it is loading the game. It is not frozen, i can stl=ill go home, but i was woundering if anybody had a foolproof way to make it work?

Duh you f_u_c_k_i_n_g retards

Well if you get gold in the minigames.. or "dream sequences", you get a gold medal and a "clue". These "clues" are just a random set of numbers and letters that you use at the Daxter website. http://www.us.playstation.com/Content/OGS/UCUS-98618/Site/ Go to the secret vault (usually have to skip the intro for the buttons to become..clickable) If you dont feel like beating them yourself, here they are.. (enter them one at a time) : Clue A:32X83R Clue B: 68T7E5 Clue C: 5A3D36 Clue D: 7A8J25
