What
a suprise, yet another Tony Hawk game. They just don't ever seem to
end, huh? Well the next installment in this immortal franchise is Tony
Hawk Project 8. It will be a cross platform game, obviously different
game play from the PSP to the Xbox 360. This time around a whole new
physics system will be issued, including a new grinding system. Also
in Tony Hawk Project 8 there will be more challenges than in any other version before. A photographer/video recorder element
will be added as well. Finally pedestrians will have a part in the
game - isn't that what we've all been waiting for? (No really, I'm asking) You will have to preform tricks to impress the crowd, to build
up respect, and not get punched in the gut. You can check out some of the concept art below. The release date is right now set
for Fall 2006.

This game better not suck. They always add cool sounding features to new Hawk games that always turn out bad. Some, like the trick editor, were good on the other hand

Seriously... the college with no windows and one gate? Seen that before multiple times in TH games. So boring.
I have always been crazy about these games, but why don't they port THPS 2 + 3 to psp? these were the best in their series IMHO... What do you guys think? Which TH game is the best? especially to play them on a PSP ?
TO Ruben w. Your an idoit. Its just a concept art. The picture/ stage might not look like the same when they release the finish game. I cant believe they are going to release a copy of this game on the PSP. Its going to be super awsome. I know they going to take some stuff out just like they did on TOny hawk underground 2 remix, but I hope they won't take out some of the really good features like photographer/video recorder element feature.
To Alexxx, i forgot which game it was. Its that one stage where it have the leap of faith in that one school. I really want to play that stage again, but in a new design game like tony hawk underground. Because that school are really fun.

To Despair: I think that title was Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2.... it was the same level where you had to wallgrind all the schoolbells... Oh this game brings back so many good memories....

Looks nice, I have always been a fan of THPS games and I can't wait for this one.
anyway the game will surely have a lot a "american wasteland" in it, so it's suppesed to be good, anyway for now it's just some art about a future game so...

This game looks awful for a next-gen system. It's neither retro enough to look 'classic' or realistic enough to look 'next-gen'. I hope these are Wii screenshots or something.
these arnt screenshots there artwork that MAY or MAYNOT be in the game and do u really think its gunna look like that? lol
think this game will be sweet. just like all of them. Yeah, they ended up going over the top with some of the "special" tricks, but i never used them, i always used the tricks that could actually be done. I would never bust 50 billion point combos cuz i always thought it more fun just to 180 flip off a table or something realistic. The enhanced graphics and unparralled physics that are sure to come with this game will just make that even better for me. And i do hope they re-do levels, that would be really sweet to do in HD. And if you think all they are going to do is re-do levels from old tony hawks, then you are a moron. Plus, imagine the level editor that would be possible on a 360...
i liked all of the tony hawk games :D

yea 21 they shud av released thaw but i think theyhll put some thaw levels classic mode as they missed it out cant wait 4 this game
