SCEA's MLB franchise is back for the year 2007, and it promises to be bigger and better than the last. While MLB 06 succeeded in dominating the MLB-licensed category with more than 75% of the PSP market share dominated, MLB 07 is out to continue the franchise's reign with its all-new feature set and innovative gameplay enhancements.
The new features will include the new Road to the Show option where gamers are enabled to play offense and defense from the created player's perspective. Then, there's the new API or Adaptive Pitching Intelligence, which will allow the gamers to trust the pitchers called by the catcher or shake them off.
Apart from this new innovations, they will, of course, be bringing back some of the core features, which made last year's The Show the success that it was. King of the Diamond, Home Run Derby, Playmaker Fielding, and the Online Mode, among others, will be coming back to be the pillars of this game.
So get ready to swing it out, 'cos this game will be pitching your way soon. In the meantime, enjoy these screenshots.
