There are some scenes here that you've already seen from the multitudes of Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops trailers we've posted before, but trust me, there are some new juicy bits in Konami's official TGS 2006 trailer for the game.

For one thing the animation (scrolling, still sketches) that they used to emphasize narration bits in the trailer has a nice touch of style to it. And those few seconds that you see that teleporting-ish knife-throwing blondie boss is nice. Konami just loves to recycle scenes a lot and only show us glimpses of new stuff bit by bit don't they? Enough words, check the video out for yourself. If you're a bit tired of trailers, well, we've also got some gameplay stuff for you.

This could quite possably be the best PSP game to date. It looks just as exciting as the PS1-PS2 versions and it throws in the multiplayer aspect. I cant wait for this game. PLEASE KONAMI RELEASE A DEMO OF IT BEFORE IT HITS SHEVLES!!!!

... Um. Sony has nothing to do with Konami creating Metal Gear Acid. This game is a Metal Gear Solid game, not a card game. This is quite obvious from the gameplay scenes shown in the video. The card games were not a waste of time, why do you say they were? Ever played it before? Most likely not. How is it a waste of money? I doubt you've even played Acid 1 or 2, so its not a waste. It sure as hell wasn't a waste for me when I bought it.

Who are you to say they were easy to make? Do you know what it takes to make a game? Do you know what it took to create any of the MGA games? Again, your sony comment shows your ignorance about everything. Why do you people even bother posting?

You shouldn't get your hopes up that the game will be any good. They might realise they bit of more than they could chew and just make it a card game again. As an example, look at Godfather Mobwars, this game was going to be free roaming like GTA but they realised they took on more than they could deal with so decided to add a card game to it to make it easier for them. This game will probably end u being called ''Metal Gear Acid Portable Card Ops''

Seem Hideo is one hell of a Sony's saviour :) Man, this game is not only extremely promising but it does use the PSP capabilities to the max, while other companies stay safe and dont even try a single wi-fi interesting option.
