Zidane in Dissidia: Final Fantasy does 'a Tifa pose' - Image 1

Lucky for Square Enix, there's nothing like starting the year with a big bang in sales. The figures for Japanese game sales for January 5 to 11 have been published by Media Create. Surprise, suprise, Dissidia: FInal Fantasy is still on top!

Square Enix's latest title on the PSP has retained its championship belt for the third week running, ever since it debuted on first place upon launch week. Lots of other Sony titles are also on the top ten (nice to see White Knight Chronicles still holding its place there), with a healthy dose of Ninty games too.
  1. Dissidia Final Fantasy - PSP - Square Enix
  2. Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G (PSP The Best) - PSP - Capcom
  3. Rhythm Tengoku Gold - DS - Nintendo
  4. Wii Fit - Wii - Nintendo
  5. Wagamama Fashion Girls Mode - DS - Nintendo
  6. White Knight Chronicles - PS3 - SCEJ
  7. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec III - PS3 - SCEJ
  8. Gundam Musou 2 - PS2 - Bandai
  9. Hoshi no Kirby: Ultra Super Deluxe - DS - Nintendo
  10. Mario Kart Wii - Wii - Nintendo
