Well, I DID noticed a glitch in the game, in one of the firsts levels, I got stuck if I don't jump precisly well in a trampoline, and I have to select the option to kill myself to start from the checkpoint circle. Can't remember which level it was...

Or in LBP case selling tiny little textures for characters. Total rip off.

back in the day they released brand new games once. We did not have to worry about patches, DLC, or the dredful UPDATES.
Ok well i can settle for the updates, because some of them are awesome, and when i say "awesome" i mean they kind of keep the system brand new.
But the patches and DLC...
DLC- Sad excuse for content, that should not be downloaded. It should have allready been on the disc, and should not have to charge to unlock it. For example, The characters in Marvel Ultimate Aliance 2. Make up your mind, include them or not!
Patches- Stop rushing!!! If making mistakes is the reason for majority of patches, which are suppose to fix idk "Physics".
If they took their time a bit further in developing the game they would know to put more characters, weabons, costumes in the game instead of realizing after the game has been launched to put the characters in the game, or even added more levels.
Then again i can understand the levels, but characters, weapons, costumes, that is just too far.
This goes for everything.
Now i know everyone if sadly hyped up over downloading things, and everything will supposedly be downloaded in the crappy future, but this is a BAD way to start things off. It is so unecessary. Enough with all this mess!
They dont want me to come up in their coorporation giving orders, because I will actually make them WORK!
Like i keep saying "get it right the first time"!

Get real dude, companies have to make a profit too, or guess what, they'll quit making them

The problem is that publishers enforce strict deadlines with penalties for breaching. Since Nintendo are their own publisher too they can afford to spend the extra time fine tuning a game, which is why the only Nintendo game to ever require a patch was Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire (Berry fix) that was administered from a newer Pokemon GBA game.
A little extra time wouldn't kill these developers. If anything it would help their brand to release quality products.

Quality over numbers sony_player!
If we get quality, then we get what we pay for! No hassals no irritations! If we get numbers we do not get less quality, but instead patches, DLC, you know things that should have been there in the first place. Not "lets wait two weeks after the game has been released to put more characters, costumes, etc in it"! We get things that makes us consumers feel as though it is mandatory to own it.
"companies have to make a profit too"
If they want more of my money then they better step their game up! I know somewhere down the line you read a comment stating "I only buy good games, and i pirate the rest". yeaa -_- umm like I said get it right the first time.
Honestly when i say "you get what you pay for"
a great example can be the nintendo DS.
You get video games, and online play and of course the simple little extra features that no one really cares about because only video games matter.
But,
wit the PSP, yes you get what you pay for but, there are updates that change things. Then it becomes something you did not ask for but its still there (camera icon), but youre all like "why did the put this there instead of that? EX Digital comic books. Well in a way I guess you did not get what you paid for then.
Consumers are not in control anymore, or are todays videogames way ahead of their time?
