As Karl B. once said, "Who said the PSP is dead?" Konami concurs, bringing life to the PlayStation Portable with double packs this March. The titles certainly aren't new, but you guys might be interested in picking up two games for less.

Starting March 27th, Konami's gonna put two of their titles together in a special slip case, and sell each pair for £19.99 (about US$ 28). Both titles will retain their original packaging, so you still get the manual and any default content that they may have. First up is Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops paired with Silent Hill: Origins, and Portable Ops again paired with Coded Arms.

» When they say double packs and original packaging

Does it mean that they're putting both games and sealing them inside one sealing, but two seperate cases?

» Misinterpreted sign is misinterpreted.

I remember seeing a lot of these double packs... When the GBA was on the way out.

» meh

I've seen other consoles release double packs when they were still very much alive. It's nothing new to re-release a game.

I have the Castlevania double pack for GBA. And yes its true. Konami do release these double pack games as the system is dying, I don't get why people are upset about that. Buncha crazy fans!

Because QJ by and large is dominated by fanboys who get upset when you make a comment indicating anything negative about their choice in sex-life alternative.

People with half a brain and can read between the lines know that this method reduces profits for selling of single titles and usually only occurs when they honestly have no choice.

Without a doubt the PSP 1 is on the way out and anyone who says otherwise is simply in a state of denial.

Yes, I'm a PSP owner and yes, it's my preferred handheld - but that doesn't alter reality or my perception of it.

i own a psp and i know it's kind of dead for the past months... i do hope Sony will manage to resurrect it but I'm not that sure that it will.

» konami is just

bundling 2 stand alone games in 1 bigger box.

it is as if you bought 2 games for the price of 1.

but seriously, konami should just release their old games on PSN for psp. a new symphony of the night would be great too. an updated graphics version is also welcome.
