Konami rolls out Metal Gear survey |
Listed in: News Tags: Konami, metal gear solid: peace walker

Is Konami getting ready for another installment in Hideo Kojima's long-running Metal Gear video game series? Maybe, maybe not. What we do know is that the video game development and publishing company is asking fans of its Metal Gear franchise to take a little time out of their busy schedules and participate in a little survey they have going on at Facebook.
The survey asks some pretty basic stuff like your history with the Metal Gear franchise, which games you loved, and which games you hated. It also goes a bit more in depth and throws out questions regarding your particular play style and how you would improve the series' gameplay mechanics. The survey also asks numerous questions regarding Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, the latest entry in the franchise that's currently out. This part pretty much makes up the whole latter half of the survey.
While Konami may just be gathering feedback for whatever reason, it does make one think if they're thinking of a portable follow-up or a home video game console version of Peace Walker. One item in the "miscellaneous requests" part certainly does make the latter sound like a possibility. A vocal number of the Metal Gear fanbase have certainly been asking for it for quite some time now.

Nah seriously though, peace walker with some many choices of controller input along with 2 analog sticks would be freaking epic. I think im about to have a fit thinking about it.
