Kojima asks: do you really want Zone of the Enders 3? |

Hop onto those orbital frames: it's online petition time once again! Hideo Kojima and the rest of Kojima Productions want to know how many ZoE fans out there really want to see a Zone of the Enders 3. Yes, the floor is now open for a ZoE3 whether it be on PS3 or PSP - Kojima and his team are interested in what you guys think.
This question was dropped during Kojima Studios' recent MGS Integral podcast. Most of the discussion revolved around their futuristic bash-'til-you-crash robot brawler title - with the big question underlying the whole conversation: "How many people really want a Zone of the Enders sequel?"
And take note, they seemed to have oriented this question more to the casual gamers than the hardcore fans of the series. Understandable, because c'mon, I think it's pretty easy to guess what the hardcore fan would answer. (A resounding YES!!!)
MGS series art director Aki Saito ended the topic with this:
If there's so many people wanting to see Zone of the Enders, why not put the priority on top, a little further up, you know, but we just want to know.
So make yourself heard, guys! Sometimes a simple yes (multiplied a thousand fold by sheer number of supporters) can move mountains. Now go do your thing. Sign an online petition. Bombard your friends with Tweets. I dunno. Just go out there and spread the word!

I don't care if it's not exclusive as long as the game is released and is long. Multi-disc for 360 if it has to as long as it makes money so we can get more. ZoE 3 please.

Since DMC has been cancelled, DO IT!
But don't fück it up like MGS for the psp, It's a fail, no matter how much your son liked the portable series.
And make it a multi disc for the ps3, add free roam like ZOE.
What I didn't like about the last few games (ZOE&MGS) was that you cannot return to a previous point (easier, less enemies) to play with your new weapons.
how long do you want this game 100000000 hrs. I think 1 50 gig blu ray would be enough...
Think of the size of the battles. They literally had about 200 enemies on screen with minimal slowdown with ZOE2. O_O
it ruined RE5's single player. having a partner the entire way made the game sorta suck, It was only fun with another person.
Kojima w/e u do DONT just follow mainstream trends just to make a game like every other game on the market these days!

The two player versus mode in ZoE2 was awesome.
Don't forget to make the single player awesome also.
The thing about co-op is...oh, I don't know, IT'S FUN. That's kinda why everyone wants it. They wouldn't even have to build the game around it, they could simply add another Orbital Frame to assist the protagonist. Wouldn't be difficult at all.
They made a versus on the first 1. it sucked but if they could improve it that would be great. as 4 the guy who commented on RE5 I'd rather have one of my friends play co -op with than play with that shiity computer. Artificial UN INTELLIGENCE. My bot keep running into the zombies feeding them with her worthless corpse. But back 2 Z.O.E they definitely should make another one. The story should be as deep as metal gear but not as complex.so even those who haven't played the previous games will enjoy it.maybe they'll want 2 go back and pick up a copy. the controls should be seamless instant action like a God of war game but with quiet moments of intensity the type you get from a first person shooter or a stealth action game
that part in your poast about wanting to go back and pick up a copy.....the 1st 2 games are quite rare, the 2nd one being even rare....er than the 1st and still pretty expensive

I think Ryan Paiten (how ever you spell his name) ruined MGS4 with his "american ideas". That game came out to be so cheesy and nothing like the other 3 MGS games.
Well, I'm glad he's out from Kojima Productions. Maybe ZOE3 may really be something to look for and not be disappointed.
I almost feel sorry for people who can't make a single friend to play CO-op with. Me and my brother played RE5 together an assload thanks to co-op. But I do see how a mandatory partner could ruin single player, still feel sorry for you though. +/
Back on topic. Kojima do you even have to ask? I think he just wants to hear people say "hell yes!".
I'm still waiting...That you havent started yet? Cmon bring the game up! They can add co-op - but please dont ruin it with online multi - they other games didnt have that and turned out great- And yes bring on ADA!!

The only way I can see a Co-op working in the current story would be for Jehuty and Anubis to work side by side. How or why this would happen could make the game special. Either way I'm looking forward to it. and a small spin-off on the PSP can't hurt.
No I think that's a bad idea... what manner of console can withstand the pure, unadulterated level of cool that having both of these behemoths fighting together against a vast army of frames? surely nothing that's currently out. Just think about the sick co-op combos Jehuty + Anubis could pull off?... I'm getting weak at the knees just thinking about it.
so... your upset at the fact that DMC is cancelled for the PSP but don't like the MGS portable series? I give Kojima credit for being able to bring MGS to a portable form and still made it playable, and 2 Blu Rays is just asking too much for one they'd have to cram literally everything into the game uncompressed and two it would take forever for them to develop the game enough to fit 2 blu ray's which in turn we wouldn't see the game till the next gen consoles are out.
I bought my copy, the instant I got a job 5 years ago, and even then I had to search around and ended up finding a copy for 20 dollars at this Music store called sami's music or something got lucky.
things happened...we sold ZOE cause it was my bro's...i didnt have money, and my family isnt the richest out there....so i didnt ask them to buy it

That stage was bogged down with a ridiculous amount of slowdown (comparatively) , though it still was an incredible feet to pull off.
I LOVED the ZOE series, plus we NEED an ENGLISH robot game for the psp. Armored core and gundam suck.
ZOE has always topped my favorite action/shooter games list, but I honestly can't imagine what ZOE would look like on the PS3... It's just too much! I'm sure the first gameplay footage (please please please) would be simply overwhelming, causing crowds of spectators to faint from sensory overload.
I would also like a Fist of Mars styled SRPG on the DS, preferably conquering a ruined mars with a legion of repaired and zombie like orbital frames (single armed raptors abound).
