Um, you might want to change the title from Jone to June!!!!
I'm pretty sure the PS3 is not very portable, so I doubt monster hunter portable 2nd G would be on the console. Shouldn't it be PSP not PS3?
If there are as many mistakes as this (2 is more than enough for an article), what's the editing process for?
haven't you heard? there's a new portable Ps3 in Japan hahaha
Hurray for Sony . Making a comeback in hardware !
I can't believe that the Ds finally gave in a bit.
da well =]
Ive often wondered why people choose to point out flaws ans mistakes in a given news article.
It makes us all seem like ungrateful pricks that someone took the time to even give us a heads up.
I agree that a news poster should be careful to avoid mistakes in a news post.
but when we stop and post just to point out said flaw with nothing to really say of the news itself.
Well. It's just makes us look like anal tended jerks. with little more to do with our time then criticize others.
Just like you "stopped", and pointed out others "flaws"?
Stop being a P**** and grow up. They just gave em a heads up.
Stop being a P**** and grow up. They just gave em a heads up.
wow. insiteful. I marvel at you intellectual prowess, I hope you didn't strain yourself to hard *****ting that one out..
You know what's more annoying than someone picking out typos? People that post utterly unintelligible comments.
"but when we stop and post just to point out said flaw with nothing to really say of the news itself."
That's not a sentence. It starts with "but", but doesn't have an explanation of the succeeding comment.
"Well. It's just makes us look like anal tended jerks. with little more to do with our time then criticize others."
Why put a full stop after "Well"? And what's "anal tended", other than a stupid person's way of saying "anal retentive", which has nothing to do with typo correction in a news article? And then you scold keengsnake with another idiocy-riddled rant because he pointed out that your comment was hypocritical?
See, *I'M* being anal. But that doesn't mean that I'm wrong.
As for the news, it's just another lawsuit in the big bad world of games. Unfortunate for Harmonix, but power to Konami if they can win it.
Firstly I'd like to say, I do sound like an ass at times.
truthfully at times.. I am an ass.
Aside from that point. You know nothing about me, or where I'm coming from or why I have this point of view that I do.
I've been a news poster for years since 04. Us news posters, as some people would find much to their surprise, have families lives and even children. and yet some of us still find the time to dedicate to our hobby.
informing people.
But beyond all of this. The very last thing we need is for a group of people to become confused even for a moment and think we give a shiny flying damn about someones critique of our news posts.
because honestly. We have heard it all before from every noob flamer and spammer on the www.
again.. and again with every single mistake we ever made. " you can count o that".
To be honest it gets very old and we frankly dont need or want the heads up about a simple type we made.
Secondly. I never scold or insult anyones intellect until they cross that line with me first.
I think if one read up on why I scolded him. they would see. It was rebuttal to the insult thrown at me.
I thought it was fair to defend ones self in the face of an insult?
Have the rules changed?
Cause I didn't get that memo.
Thirdly in your meaningless rant you missed my point entirely.
You say a sentence cant begin with a But.
But I never called that a sentence, That my preening little friend was a statement. Which damned well can start with a but. or an if, or any number of words I wish to throw in there.
And of course The tended remark was indeed a typo which is ironic that I need to even explain.
I of course meant "tendencies of people' . I didn't assume I would need to explain.
I guess some people are so ignorant they need everything explained to them.
News posters make mistakes, Just like normal people do. And to be honest when the mistake is something so small as jone to June. The fact that people would feel need to correct such a simple mistake is mind blowing.
Are there really people in this world so stupid that they couldn't figure out jone was a typo for june?
anyway, I'm done debating.
peace.
or war
whatever you want guy....
I'm out.
ShadeyProphet, you're wrong. You can't start a sentence with "but" and not qualify it with a succesive explanation or reasoning. The rest of your statement is crap anyway, so I won't bother arguing. Just a word of advice: learn English and practice what you preach.
As for my last post, what I meant was "ooh, interesting sales numbers" etc. Not something from a different article entirely. Silly me.
As you type every word that criticizes others for criticizing others, you contradict yourself slowly but surely. So just don't say anything unless you have something to say. And please, if you want to reply to someone, there's a reply button at every comment.
Wow, look at all them DS/Wii games in the chart. Funny when people say they have no games, or that games don't sell for Nintendo systems.
MGS4 dropping in Japan too? First it was Europe, suppose US is next. And to think there were people saying that "Europe sucks!" and claiming that MGS4 wasn't a limited market game. Heh.
In 5th place... I wants it precious... I can has localization?
Don't mind me, I've become obsessed with the Nameless Game. I hear its haunting tune in my sleep. My only regret is that I can't understand Japanese, else I would have imported it already.
