IGN posted what would be the floor layout of booths in the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) to be held at the Barker Hangar of the Santa Monica Air Center in Santa Monica, California. The 12 biggest game makers in the business have been allocated a 20 x 20-foot space each and it looks like the heavyweights will give us all a heck of a show.

Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, Electronic Arts, Capcom, Vivendi, Namco Bandai, THQ, Sony Online, SEGA, Konami, and Square Enix will all be on the main booths to sport their masterpieces. They'll be arranged in the sequence depicted on the image.

Notice how Nintendo is right between bitter rivals Sony and Microsoft. Just thought it was interesting. We know all of these developers will pack it in, but eyes will surely be on crowd favorites Konami and Square Enix as fans and media will surely seek new details on upcoming titles.

More developers are expected to fill up the 96 smaller booths available on the floor. As of now, only 30 have been booked. These smaller spaces look more like meeting rooms, so smaller companies will have to really be creative to catch eyes in this tiff.

Actually it's Hexadecimal for any Computer Engineering friends out there. Honestly, I'm not bored enough to figure it out. Just letting all know, probably not meaningless. Looks like machine code actually. Maybe later I'll be bored enough to find out.
