Good news for European, PSP-toting, history buffs. Content from The History Channel is now being offered as part of GO!VIEW's Entertainment subscription pack. The pack will include some of the History Channel's more popular programs like Ax Men, Rome: Rise and Fall of an Empire and Dogfights. It will cost around GB£ 5 per month.

According to Richard Melman, Acting Managing Director of The History Channel:

We are absolutely delighted to expand and capitalize on the success of The History Channel via this exciting new platform. Now IÂ’ve got an even better excuse to buy a PSP!

Good for you Richard. Get the Slim and Light version. I hear it's going to be a hot item for the Christmas season.

If History isn't really your thing, there are Sports and Comedy packs for GB£ 5 per month and a number of Movie and Television Videos-on-demand for GB£ 1.50 (€2.00) per episode or GB£ 2.50 (€3.20) per movie. Check out Go!View's website for the full price listings.
