PS3's High Stakes Poker updates with Remote Play - Image 1Here's a bit of good news for the guys who picked up Sony Online Entertainment's High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition game for the PlayStation Network. Word is that the game has recently received a new patch update which now renders it playable on the PlayStation Portable.

Provided that you've got a decent connection for the PSP's Wi-Fi capabilities, this means that you can now play this PS3 favorite on the go.

Toss in the fact that the game supports op to six players in multiplayer mode, and this promises to be an exciting addition to the PSP's crop of titles. You can pick up the patch by launching the game from the PS3.

High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker Edition was made available on the PlayStation Store last September. Those who haven't caught up with this downloadable can pick it up for US$ 9.99.
