Voldermort - Image 1If by some odd twist of fate you still haven't read the books or you're counting on the movies for your Potter knowledge, stop reading now 'cause this one is gonna be spoiler-dense for you.

Electronic Arts has just rolled out the gameplay details for the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and it's bringing the magic to every platform out there: PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS, Mobile, Mac, and PC.

While trying to balance raging hormones and fighting dark wizards, there's plenty of Harry Potter and Hogwarts magic to go around. Train up and improve your Quidditch skills for the Hogwarts Cup or spend some time cooking up potions with Slughorn - using The Prince's tips of course. You could join your house's Duelling Club, improve your skills, take on other houses, and use those skills to battle the Inferi in the Horcrux Cave and the Death Eaters at Hogwarts.

The game will have a lot of story-related quests taken from the movie, which just might be the closest you can get to being there when the story unfolds. Travel to The Burrow, find out what Malfoy is up to, and take a crash course into the life of Voldemort.
