God of War 3 ad spotted in back of GoW: Chains of Olympus manual, coming soon |

For those of us eagerly expecting news - any news at all - about Kratos' inevitable jump to the Sony PlayStation 3, then the wait is finally over. Spotted at the back of the upcoming God of War: Chains of Olympus manual is a picture of the Omega symbol, with the words "Coming Soon" and "PlayStation 3" below it. An ad for God of War III? Most definitely yes, if you remember that the Chains of Olympus ad at the back of the God of War II instruction manual. Further research pinned that it's scheduled for release in either Q4 2008 or 2009. We can only imagine the breadth and scope of God of War III, however.
God of War's original director, David Jaffe, statied that this upcoming sequel will in fact explain why there are no more Greek myths. But we'd guess that Kratos will flip out and just destroy everything and everyone - and that's exactly what we want. After all, the guy's got blades chained to his arms - what else would be an epic undertaking for him?
In any case, updates as we get them. In the meantime, enjoy this ad and wonder about the carnage that will soon be on the Sony PlayStation 3.

end of the world is, 12/12/2012
its 12/21/2012. and its not the end of the world, its the end of the mayan calendar. the reason why ppls think its the end of the world is because mayans accurately predicted alot of events. and they think that just because their calendar ends on 12/21/2012, its the end of the world. i researched this thing 2 years ago for a history project and proven that the mayans never said "end of the world is 12/21/2012".
This game is gonna be awesome, can't wait! and Azrael_666 is correct, its just an end of an era for the Mayans, nothing more, nothing less.
Mayans aren't the only ones who predicted the world would end in 2012. There's also the bible code, Nostradamus and the internet code. They all pointed to 2012 as a sort of doomsday. I'm not sure if it'll be the end of the world, but something big might happen around that time for so many sources to point to that partcular year.

If GOW and GOW 2 on the PS2 where incredible... imagine it on the PS3... the possibilities...
