Oh and I bet that other games that come out in the future will top Gears of War by such a big margin, that it will be treated only as a short lived game. Guess what? How many people remember Super Mario brothers? I bet almost everyone who played it. And what about Goldeneye 64? People remember it for only one reason: it changed multi player fps games for ever. Oh and who could not forget Sonic the Hedgehog (the original one)?
I bet that Gears of War will go down only as a popular game that pushed graphics forward a little bit (in several more years, maby the next gen after this one).
I beleive that micro$oft put some money into making sure that their games won...
Sorry about making it a little long.......

Gears of War is obviously the killer app right now. If you're a fps person or not - it's pretty amazing.
Congrats

And as for those posters posting some complete crap about a fake pointless youtube video is showing that they have no confidence in their system, then again I suppose seeing it now is being outsold 3 to 1 by the Wii in its own stronghold of Japan must be making alarm bells ring.
